Policy for refunds and returns

At oneart.ai, we strive to provide quality products and services. This Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange Products purchased through our website at https://www.oneart.ai/, any mobile applications, and any other related products or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not access or use the Services.

  1. Right to Cancel Under the European Union (EU) Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement to mail@oneart.at. You may use the model cancellation form provided by the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

  1. Effects of Cancellation If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned Products or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the Products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Products before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Products.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.

  1. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel The right to cancel does not apply to orders for:
  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery
  1. Exchanges and Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us at mail@oneart.ai within 14 days of receiving the Product. We may request that you provide photos of the damage or defect for our records. We will work with you to arrange for an exchange or refund, subject to availability and our discretion.
